The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to provide transparent information about the personal data we process in connection with the use of the rewart.agency website, contacting us, and applying for a position at Rewart, including the purposes and legal bases of such processing, how long we retain personal data, and the rights available to data subjects.
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, and the applicable Hungarian data protection laws.

The legal basis for processing personal data necessary for an application for a specific position and for conducting the recruitment process is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, namely taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into an employment contract.

Rewart processes the personal data and CV until the consent is withdrawn.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without giving reasons, by sending a statement to dpo@rewart.hu.
The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Rewart uses the Dover Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to receive online job applications and support the recruitment process.

Where processing is based on the legitimate interests of Rewart or a third party, the data subject may object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of their personal data.
11.7. Withdrawal of consent
Where processing is based on consent, the data subject may withdraw their consent at any time.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Rewart will respond to requests without undue delay and, as a general rule, within one month of receipt of the request.
Where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by a further two months in accordance with the GDPR. Rewart will inform the data subject of any such extension and the reasons for it.
